  • Personally attend closing;

  • Explaining the significance of the documents given you at closing.

  • Verifying all closing expenses and documentation for accuracy.

  • Examining the condition of the prior to closing and overseeing the removal of all

title objections to be removed at closing in order that you obtain marketable

title to the property.

certifications, and any additional documents necessary to clear routine title matters;

  • Prepare all necessary legal documents needed at closing;

  • Coordinate and schedule your real estate closing; and

  • Personally attend closing.
